Description
The piece has a 12 1/2 diameter round dial with yellow and brown lettering on a cream background reading "The Monarch Cement Co. Humboldt, Kansas" with a figure of a standing lion. CONDITION: The leather cord in poor state; operation unknown. Face and dial in good state.
