The actual old English word which the "d" stood for was "denier" which derived from the earlier Roman word Denarius) On either side of the price list is the company logo or Trade Mark showing a lady holding a balance scale and around the perimeter the words- 'THE SEAL OF THE BONUS TEA COMPANY'. A few scrapes and chips on the case. The dial is painted on zinc and original and therefore a little grungy. The movement runs perfectly and keeps great time.
