Description
This clock has a rare Kirk's Patent cast-iron backplate 8-day rack-striking movement with original brass springs housed in full cast-iron cups. The dial is in nice condition with only a couple of scratches and the clock has a beautiful label. The case, although a little dark is beautifully veneered with only a small patch on the upper right corner. The upper glass is a replacement but the lower glass is original and has been restored at one time (properly done with weeping willow in front of the summer manse). The hands are original. This is another rare and highly collectable clock. Height 28"
