Description
Timepiece, the case in the form of an urn, and a gilded cherub holding an arrow in his right hand pointing to the tie above. The well made movement with a platform/lever escapement, and is wound by lifting the cover of the urn and turning the dials until the spokes clear the winding arbor. The white marble top was dropped at some time and has some small chips along the edge, but is still quite presentable. Height 11º"
