Description
in generally good condition, with restorations. The suspension spring has broken (taped to movement), and will need replacing. The tablets were repainted in the late 1940's (nice job with gold leaf). The purchaser in 1946 has written a testimonial on the weight baffle, stating that the clock is worth $150. The dial is original and excellent; and the grained finish on the case is still nice. One sliver of wood is missing along the bottom edge of the lower door. Has not run in many years and will need cleaning. Height 29"
