Description
of an artist. Someone sprayed this with silvery paint maybe 40 years ago and it is worn and with fly specs. There is evidence under the paint that it was probably a bronze finish. The dial has a crack at the 12 o'clock position and the hour hand is not original. The movement is properly signed. The back cover is missing. The figure is a gentleman in a formal overcoat with his palette ready for painting (the brush is missing). Height 12"
