Description
in the late Biedermeier style. This is a relatively early clock for Becker, with serial number 28774. The engraved dial, weights and pendulum are from a later clock, but really look OK on this one. The movement got wet at some time and although it is clean and running, there are brown spots from old rust evident on the steel parts. The original carved and fretted top is very nice. A decent looking 2-weight for the Non-purist. Height 47"
