time and strike. This clock is in fair original condition. The finish is gone around the wood bezels and there is loss on the gold leaf columns. The original tablet has some paint loss, as well as the gold leaf. The dial is dark. The sides of the case are veneered in birds-eye maple, and the bevel edges on the base are veneered in curly maple. Properly restored, this could be a nice clock. Height 16"
