Description
Miniature cottage clock; pine case with walnut stain; brass movement; applied decoration to the lower door glass; 8" tall x 6" wide at the base; condition: excellent. The replaced movement is as old as the case and runs perfectly. It is clean and a high quality clock mechanism. The consequence of that change was that he had to make a slot in the floor of the case to permit the pendulum to swing freely (it was a tad longer than the first one). This isn't visible unless you open the clock door and peer down at the bottom of the inside of the case. Runs well and strikes on the hours.
