Comment: Helmeted figur with spear. Adorned with bearded mens heads on each corner, a small sphinx and two rams heads on his helmet, and all in great cast detail. Case: Polished Marble and cast bronze, 20.5" high to top of helmet. Bronze feet connected to marble base. Works: French 8 day with rack and snail striking on bell. . Condition: Case: very good, replaced staff, one crack in back; Works: excellent, cleaned and lubricated, dial is touched up. Additional keywords: mantel, mantle, shelf
