Description
Carved alabaster with worn patina so that it looks like a grand tour trophey. The movement is mounted in a brass drum with a solid gilt brass dial surround. The pendulum is a sunburst which looks good but perhaps is not original (it is a real French clock pendulum). The movement is restored and in full working order.The case has some chipping and bruising. Height 17". Additional keywords: mantle, mantel, shelf
