The case is of .925 Silver, heavily gold plated, with Wedgewood plaques of ballerinas from the ballet Swan Lake, and swans where the clock meets the blue marble base There is a secret compartment than can house a key or ring, and the 5 rosettes at the top each have a pearl at their apex. The movement is a quality 8-day, key-wind, platform lever. And of course it plays a crisp rendition of Swan Lake. Note swans and top are pure white but have a light blue cast in the photo.
