in very good condition. The paper dial is very good with only minor abrasion at 5:30. The nickel plating over steel case is excellent except for minor rust on the rear cover. Ticks OK and plays a pleasant tune for the alarm. This clock is quite small, and the dimension shown is with handle up; Height 5" Reserve $250
