Description
The one day gravity movement is wound by raising the clock each morning. A one way ratchet in the movement allows a gear to turn along the toothed side of the vertical brass piece. This is a high quality clock, the dial surround hand engraved with great detail, and the workmanship on the movement is very good as well. The originals of these are expensive. Note this is a miniature, the diameter of the dial under 2 inches. Runs well; Height 18" Reserve $1000
