in an unusual walnut case with over two dozen pieces of brass trim, plus two shelves each side. Although I've seen these before, we've never come across one quite this elaborate. It has been in storage and has a few minor case flaws that need attention: see bottom center, right, small circular trim missing, both larger finial tips missing, and case hanger is broken. The quality French style movement has solid plates and cut pinions; and is dirty, but sound and complete. The movement support has been moved in the case, but no other bracket has ever been there; bracket is also loose. The outer dial bezel has a small dent, but the porcelain dial and center are perfect. Fancy cast bronze pendulum. Beat scale with chip. If you like German wall clocks, and are looking for something unusual, this is a good antique that will restore nicely; Height 41 inches Reserve $850
