The one minor problem is the missing suspension spring, which is a unique item with bottom hook on this model; the leader, crutch and pendulum are all intact, just the suspension spring is missing. The clock is otherwise complete and sound with great pendulum with cherub center and the hands are ornate 3-dimensional jobs. Old top has been repaired and has a new plaster "Diana". Inside gong base pulled out of back in transit and will need new screws. Minor nicks and scrapes to case; original finish; generally very good overall. Height 37" Reserve $525
