Description
This clock does not show in the New Haven literature, however what you see is an original clockÖ. no spare holes in the back of the case, and the large 8-day movement is clearly signed New Haven. The original painted dial has the name of an English dealer: Jones and Jones, Porth, and the paint is beginning to flake; extra screws have been added to the bezel to hold it on. The case retains original finish and top trim - two little down turned leaves are absent from the carved décor on top. Runs OK and strikes the hours and halves on a cathedral gong; original pendulum is perfect-no dents. Height 51 inches $500-700
