Description
(ting tang on 2 gongs). The mahogany case retains original finish, with brass feet, handle and decorations. The movement has been recently cleaned and is in good running order. The minute hand, although German is a half inch too short for this dial. The dial is well made, with cast cherub spandrels, + engraved and silvered chapter ring (some loss of black wax), and with original plaque reading "J.E. Caldwell and Co., Philadelphia". Other than the short hand, this clock is in good original condition. Height 15" Reserve $650
