The movement by Kienzle (flying clock mark), is well made with solid plates, cut pinions, and dead beat escapement; serial number 366277; and with an attractive embossed dial with Arabic numerals. The case is especially nice with galleries top and bottom and with lots of twists and turns and buttons. Minor nicks and scrapes as you would expect for a clock of this age. Strikes the hours on a coiled wire gong. Very impressive. Height 39" Reserve $2300
