in very good condition.There are minor corner chips on the onyx, and the rear beveled glass is chipped; otherwise this is a great original clock with a substantial look. Note fancy dial of white glass or marble, overlaid with a gilt ormolu mask, with an opening for each numeral (dial has dark spot below 6). Original mercury pendulum intact. All 4 columns are full round and free standing with gilt bronze capitals top and bottom. Well made round mov't, serial no. 10159-411, strikes the hours on a flat wire cathedral gong.
