The only small negative on this clock is he new 'rub-on' design on the old tablet; the rest is wonderful. This clock has more case detail than the above clock of the same model; note scalloped base with gilt design, and incised burled panels either side at top. This is time, strike (including hours on cathedral gong) and alarm. Strike is set by turning minute hand backwards (unique to this company). Case refinished. Height 22 " Reserve $250
