time only, single weight with maintaining power and seconds hand below 12, restored. The case has been refinished, and the dial has a small chip in the center, above the seconds bit that has been filled in; hairlines by 8. Otherwise this is a good original regulator with nice hands, fancy pulley and old weight. It was running when we took it off the wall. Some minor nicks and scrapes to the case are only noticed on close inspection. Height 44" $400-600
