in a walnut case of transitional style. The 80 beat movement is well made, but is not original to the case. It is a brass slide mount with gong attached to the rear mount. The multicolor porcelain dial is cream color with black numerals with red fleur-de-lis between, also with seconds hand, and fancy embossed bezel. Most regulator movements were 80 beats per minute and will interchange to another case and still run fine; small dents in pendulum. A good looking clock. Height 44" $450-650
