Description
with restoration. This clock was last cleaned and hung around 1970 and you will find lots of dust as evidence. The broken arch top was made by a cabinet maker in Dallas, who did a nice job of it. The well made movement bears serial number 91933, but no maker's stamp. It has Graham dead beat escapement with adjustable pallets and maintaining power, and mounts in the case on the original brass slide. The porcelain dial has no cracks, but is a bit dirty.. has some type of spray coating on it; minor dents in bezel. Note door has a drawer pull to open it, which is not original. Retains original wooden handle crank. Height 44" $500-700
