Description
Note movement is not original to the case, and the Gothic case has trim moldings on top and bottom missing. See unusual side columns which are flat with little leaves carved in top to bottom, and with a full flower at the top of each. Some newspaper behind the movement got wet and the gongs and rear screws are all rusty, however, the rest of the movement did not suffer so badly and the strike trains both work fine and the center train ticks OK. Dial is generally good with minor hairlines in the center; hands are later. Note there are NO pulleys with this clock; weights are new; key lock door has no key. Use for parts or major restoration. Height 40 inches Reserve $500
