in very good original condition. The base on this clock is unusual, inlet with geometric patterns; the top is original, but lacks an additional eagle or finial at the very top (one dowel needs replacing). The well made movement, serial no. 91659, matches the number on the mounting bracket in the case. Note fancy 3 piece pulleys with scroll extensions. With old wooden handle crank. The clock ran and struck with a bit of hesitation, and will likely need oiling. Key lock case, lacks key. Minor attention will result in an impressive clock; height 53" $1750-2250
