Description

in good original condition. This clock and the "Rosewood Round Top" are the same basic case with trim differences. Priced at $20 with strike and alarm, this was much more expensive than the "Farmer's" model priced at $12, and explains why we see so few of these. The rosewood case is in good shape, with original finish (minor dry split or 2), and both dials are original as well. Has original rear dust cover with instruction sheet (too dark to photograph well, but quite legible). Also included is a copy of treatise on the calendar, written out by a happy collector in 1979. Time dial is 7", and calendar dial is 8"; rollers are original (a bit dark but legible). 8-day, time, strike and with alarm-winds by no. 18 date. Height 22" Reserve $650
