This is a fair to good example of this model. The case has been refinished, and there are veneer repairs to the bottom molding that still need attention. The B.B.Lewis calendar retains a good label, but the hands are bound and are moving together, so you will needs to disassemble the mechanism. Welch label is a bit dark, but generally good.
