Description
This is a wonderful little clock, serial number 528304 when Becker was still turning out a product that could compete with Lenzkirch. The tu-tone bronze case is silvered on the base, also the cat is silvered, and he is crouched on a brightly gilded basket ready to pounce on his prey. The quality of the casting and chasing is very fine. The movement itself is signed Gustav Becker, and with his unique lever platform intact and running.
