Description

Queen Victoria commemorative, showing the robed queen leaning against a pedestal, with the royal coat of arms to her left, the Crown setting on a pillow (you'll recognize both the crown and her jewels if you've been to the Tower of London), and her majesty's left hand resting on a written proclamation Lot 152 that she is apparently reading a timepiece; the rear mounting bezel was lost and a substitute was used. Still the motif is interesting and finished off in great detail; one rear foot is slightly bent. Seems to run OK; sure to be of interest to Anglophiles. Height 19" Reserve $1650
