Description
in an ebony veneered case. The clock is signed for Hy Marc, the retailer, but the movement and platform are by Jules. The platform has a sub-frame, divided lift escapement with a helical spring. A similar escapement is shown on Page 73 of Charles Allix's book. The clock strikes the hours and half hours on a bell.
