The time movement in this clock is the large double spring movement pictured in Miller's calendar book, page 156, having a running duration of 2 months. The complex calendar mechanism is wound once per year. Partial label inside and mbossing on the lower case "Property of Prentiss Clock Co, no. 5230". The original dial has a minor dimple, but retains wonderful original signature. Very good original condition. Height 36 inches
