Description
The well made French movement retains its original lever platform, however the movement is dirty and will require service. The base of the clock is stamped, S. Smith and Sons, Ltd (London), who were the importers of the movement. The 7 inches globe is by The Globe Clock Co., Successors to Sam'l Puckley and Co of London. The globe has some rub spots commensurate with its age, and a paint repair over the Philippines which obliterates the islands completely. Otherwise sound and original. Height 16 inches
